Shalee Uhl

Owner/Massage Therapy Instructor

I have been practicing Massage Therapy for over 22 years, specializing in therapeutic and deep tissue.  I graduated from Arkansas Academy of Healing Arts in 1999.  Since that time I have massaged over 30,000 hours and completed 375 hours of additional training and education courses related to massage therapy.  Some of my training includes Cupping, Hot Stones, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage and Temporomandibular (TMJ) Massage. I am also a Massage Therapy Instructor at Arkansas Academy of Massage, the massage school I founded with Rachel Medlin in 2018.  I grew up in Cabot and have raised my 2 sons here as well.  Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and my 2 American Bulldogs.  I love watching my sons play soccer.  I enjoy physical activities like working out at the gym and playing kickball in a local co-ed league.

Licensed Massage Therapist

I have been a licensed Massage Therapist for 15 years.  I've practiced in my home state of Pennsylvania and in Illinois before moving here to Arkansas in 2017 to be closer to my son and his family.  I am trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage and Cupping.  My new favorite application in a massage session is utilizing my Tuning
Forks which delivers a light vibratory sensation on a specific area.  However, most of my massages are a blend of techniques customized for each client's needs.

I served 4 years in the U.S. Air
Force as a Cook.  Today, I still very much enjoy baking and preparing foods for my family, friends and co-workers.  In my free time I like to play board games, put puzzles together, yoga, meditation and I absolutely love being in nature.  Recently I have taken an herbalism course to stay healthy naturally.  Come see me and I'll treat you like family.

Whitney Davis

Licensed Massage Therapist

I have been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2017.  I specialize in Deep Tissue but I can modify and adjust pressure and style to accommodate my clients needs.  Being able to care for people on a daily basis and watch them walk out of the spa more relaxed and at peace has brought me a sense of professional accomplishment.  This insatiable need to care, serve and help people has led me to the recent decision to go back to school to become a nurse.  My goal is to become a nurse by 2025.  Working full time, going to school and being a dog mom to my beautiful goldendoodle, Nala, is a heavy load but I'm determined to juggle it all and still make time for myself.  In my free time (when I have it), I love to travel, workout, hike, kayak, spend time with my dog and treat myself to spa days!
